At the heart of the design is a central courtyard, shaping the layout of the existing home. The renovation enhances indoor-outdoor flow, opening the house to the courtyard & pool while simplifying spaces for a more minimal, seamless experience.

The upper portion of the site, previously underutilized, is transformed with a new ADU, fire pit, and flat landscaped area, each oriented toward distant views and directly connected to the courtyard.
